There are many words that can be used to describe singer, songwriter John Anderson.

Cauchus is not one of them. Born in England in 1944, he began singing on his brother's daily

route as a milkman before falling in love with rock and roll. Adventurous, scrappy and spiritual,

he formed an instant bond with bassist Chris Squire in 1968 and after a short stint with another

band the two formed yes.

Like Anderson himself, their music was otherworldly, bucking convention in both structure and sound.
