And a lot of people feel like they can't go back to adult gymnastics unless they're like, well, I have to go in and then I have to explain how I used to be good. You don't have to explain shit. Enjoy yourself. It's your life. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner. You're a beginner and you're an adult. It's okay.
