Welcome to the Yahoo Fantasy Forecast,

and it is a hell of a day to talk ball because it's always a hell of a day to talk ball, but it's especially a hell of a day to talk ball because he's back, baby, the one, the only, our guy, Justin Boone, Boone, back from vacation. I told you on the pre-show chat, you're looking a little refreshed. What's going on, buddy? And I'm feeling refreshed. We were joking that I took a little bit of time off in February post Super Bowl. Came back from that one. Was still feeling the effects of the season. I could admit that. I wasn't 100% when I came back from that one. Now we have gone through the process. I'm rejuvenated. I'm fired up about the season. We're ready to go. I mean,

the rosters are mostly set, but Harmon, I'm gone for two weeks and I come back. And you almost never want to see NFL players in the news this time of year because when you get that notification, you see the name. You're like, oh, no, what did they do? Or it's like a bad injury update or something like that.

The good news is just fluff stuff, right?

The good news this time of year is always like,

he's in the best shape of his life and his recovery is going really well. It's never actually anything meaningful. It's the bad stuff. And we got some of that bad stuff we got to talk about off the top today. But at least we have some news to talk about. I guess I should twist it into a positive because it is a good thing, I guess, that we got news to talk about.

It's just not great news from a real life or a fantasy perspective.

Yes, Boone, that's correct.

But let's not oversell this.

We have a whole rest of the show to talk through a really, I think, fun topic, which is the year two running backs.

I wrote a whole piece on the site breaking down the sophomore running backs, what we saw last year, what to expect this year.
