And as we're heading to break, we're talking about the breaking news that we have in the National Football League, Jacksonville Jaguars, parting ways with general manager Trent Balke.

This comes after the Jags fired Doug Peterson and kept Trent Balke heading into this coaching search.

But so far, ever since Balkees has been the GM in place over the last couple weeks, I've not been able to find anybody. And the news that came out this morning, earlier this morning, was that Tampa Bay

Buccaneers offensive coordinator Liam Cohen respectfully declining the Jacksonville Jaguars and

signing an extension to stay on as OC in Tampa Bay. And it looks like PJ, that was the,

uh, the straw that broke the camel's back,

if you will, down in Jacksonville because no Ben Johnson, no Liam Cohen. At this point,

I think Shot Khan finally getting the hint that, hey buddy, nobody wants to work with your radioactive

general manager, thus firing Trent Balke earlier this afternoon about 20 minutes ago.

I'll go ahead and read the statement here, PJ, before I get your thoughts on this development down in Jacksonville.

But Shad Khan, the owner of the Jaguar, said this, quote, following several discussions with Trent Balke this week,

we both arrived at the conclusion that it is in our mutual best interest

to respectfully separate effective immediately. Trent leaves us with my deepest appreciation

for his efforts over the past five seasons. Shot Khan went on to say I'm deeply committed to

building a winner here in Jacksonville and look forward to introducing a new head coach who
