All right, everybody. Welcome back to a special episode of the

forward joint today by my old friend and old teammate, great,

great teammate, just a total warrior, um, Yaroslav Popovich,

AKA Popo, uh, also joined on this one, uh, special guest,

Johann Berniel, because we all the three of us spent so much

time together. But, um, if you guys don't know the story and

haven't followed cycling, uh, Popo is a native Ukrainian, um,

very much loves his country and, and offered to come on the show

and just talk about, um, the situation there. And also more

importantly, talk about the humanitarian missions that he's

on to deliver, uh, vital supplies, right? It's primarily

medicine, um, a little bit of food, but primarily medicine is

close to the Ukrainian border as possible. So, um, fascinating

to talk to him and, and just fun to kind of think back to the

old days, Johann, you, you, um, I didn't want to give you a

popo too much grief about this, but I'll remember, I'll never

forget Korschevel or one of those years, one, one year where you

told him to, to, to go to the front and go as hard as he could.

And he, he, it was like you shot him out of a cannon. I was in

the back like, you want to tell him to slow the fuck down. He's

killing me. But, uh, obviously much more serious times, we're
