And all I could think to say was, in Jesus' name, start breathing, lungs start working.

And I just made a mark of a cross on his head.

And remarkably, he started to take deep breaths.

I surprised myself really, and I wouldn't necessarily have normally done that.

But I just knew, you know, when you know, I just knew this is a thing to do.

So it's, it's amazing to think that just 24 hours ago, James and I, with another, I'm guessing, around about 100 men, we're in the Breckham Beacons

on the mountains. We'd spend four day, three nights on the mountains, having an absolute

blast with extreme character challenge, XCC. That is what James heads up. And I am relatively

knackered and yawning a lot today. So I hope not, if I yawn during the show, it's not because you're boring me sense of

this buddy, but just general body weariness.

But real satisfaction.

We're sort of afterglow from having spent time with 100 men being extremely real, being

extremely vulnerable, discussing all sorts of things, everything coming

out from, you know, visiting prostitutes and suicide and drug addiction and alcohol, you

know, everything that you'd expect in fidelity and men sort of choosing to make better choices,

facing up to their responsibilities and having made bad choices. We're kind of getting ahead

of ourselves

on it, but it's a ministry that I absolutely love, and you're going to hear more about that in due

course. But James, why don't you just backtrack it? The purpose of this podcast in general is there's

so much cack news, there's so much bad news, and I want to ring up various buddies over the

weeks from completely different walks

of life and just hear not triumphalistic, but triumphant stories of overcoming adversity, of
