To add insult to possible litigation, last week the conglomerate,

which owns MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon, and Paramount Pictures, inked a content sharing deal with the brand new video sharing site, Juist. Juest will cut Viacom in on its revenue, which will cut out

the hugely popular YouTube. The only downside for consumers?
