Summary
Xabian works by analyzing a 3D scan of the residual limb, and then designing the best fitting prostheses for that amputee. Traditionally it is an enormously challenging problem, but Xabian's 3D scanning and printing of a matching socket to an amputee's residual limb makes the process simple, faster, and more customized.
Ben Hayward, CEO of Xabian Tech talks about prosthetic limbs' attachment and the designing complications as well as about the psychological challenges of wearing a prosthetic.
