It's July 30th. It's National Whistleblower Day. It's Tuesday. Hope everyone's having a wonderful day. I know there's always crazy stuff happening in the world and world news. And I think a lot of it is meant to get people depressed, make people feel hopeless and bring people down because they got to promote the policies.

They got to promote the politicians.

And so, you know, human emotion is a very important commodity for these folks.

And putting us into a roller coaster of emotion, whether it's fear, excitement, rage, outrage. It's interesting to keep track of

some of that, you know, just get a notebook out. When you notice everybody freaking out about something,

just write down the emotional reaction of the people. And these are generalizations and,

you know, observations. But I think it helps keep yourself not at a total distance because obviously we're in it.

You know, we have our social media accounts.

We have friends that text message us or email us or call us or whatever.

And so there's always conversations, at least in in my life that's just how it is for me

i have friends family and people who are interested in things happening in the world and they like

talking about it with me so even though uh you know i'm not always behind the mic with it i'm always

discussing it or thinking about it. So putting it down

on a notebook or something is very helpful for me. I've been using the notepad on my phone to jot down

notes. Just a little tip to and it gets it off your chest, you know, if it's bothering you, but you

got to do something else. Writing it down, at least for me mentally mentally it just allows me to move on and do

what i got to do because otherwise my my brain is going to be occupied with the the thoughts of

questions and things and you know sometimes in the background that is always going on but

today um i wanted to just discuss a little bit about a tweet that Elon Musk sent.

And, oh, I forgot that I was live on video too.
