All right, welcome back to another episode of Friends from Work Plus here in the Merry Marvel Watching Society.

And this is a big one because you have happened upon our days of future past film review,

which is certainly the culmination of our X watch to date and arguably the high point of the X franchise.

Certainly some people seem to think so.

Kyle, you and I have not gotten to talk about this movie since 2020, I guess, when we kind of parachuted in and did a quick discussion of this, that summer.

But now, you know, as we've been watching through the whole series, a lot of which you had never

seen, and most of which I had not seen in some time, I feel like we're both coming to this movie

with a pretty different perspective.

Did you feel that sitting down to watch this one?

Yeah, for sure.

I have so many things I want to say about this episode.

It's going to blow your mind.

Wow.

Let me start here for a second.

You like this movie, right?

Part of the reason we had fun recording our 2020 episode is because we both liked the film.

Yeah.

Yeah.

I think at the time, and I haven't gone back and listened to the episode, I think that I remember being a little, a little surprised that I

didn't like it more on that watch. Like I think that I went into it and, and then was like, oh,

this is. And then I was thinking about that as I was watching this this time too, because again, it's that same conversation of how much the setting impacts it.

Because I do feel like in 2020, we were still in such the afterglow of the Infinity saga that I think back to a lot of things that I just, I almost wonder if I wasn't just in the headspace to allow anything
