Hello, and welcome to the SmackDown review. I'm Adam Wilborn from WhatCulture joined by

the Deadly Boys of WhatCulture, Michael Hampton and Michael Sigewing here to review everything

that happened on Friday night's episode of SmackDown. But before we get into it, if you're

And Hampton, one of the best SmackDowns in recent memory.

Yeah, I think this was the best episode of SmackDown in about two years.

Like the NXT episodes was the only one I can think of that came even close.

And it probably puts it up there as one of the best SmackDowns ever, being honest.

Like, there's not been so many classic full episodes of SmackDown.

And yet, because it absolutely can be both to sit down to review it,

it's probably going to be to poke holes in it, or at least observe the holes that have already

been poked by WWE's systemic failure. I thought this was a tremendous broadcast, honestly,

really, really good. And then I found myself feeling sad at how, and I know, it's all ground,

we do this every week, how fundamentally flawed the company is, that I didn't feel

like that invested to see too much next week. I thought the big hand goals were handled

tremendously. Like, I thought it was an actual craft throughout this episode as well.

And it was like some of the stuff that we'd tried to put over earnestly on the preview.

But yet, I feel like next Friday is going to come around, and there's still going to be more
