Culture. As I said, they're joined by Hamflip to look ahead to SmackDown tonight. But before

we do that, we have to deal with Crown Jewel. It took place last night, Hamflip. And it

was surprisingly good, I thought.

Yes, all the regular caveats apply. The more we objectively measure the quality of

the show, the more we are sport swashed by it. And that continues to be the issue. This was

largely a very, very good pro wrestling show. I wish WWE would try as hard with their weekly

output, with their monthly pay-per-views, for the sake of making good wrestling shows,

rather than for the sake of preserving a deal that makes us speak differently about a nation

with an atrocious human rights record. That's there. That will always be where this has to start,

and people can decide whether or not they want to make that the priority of their thinking,

or whether or not they just want to switch stuff entirely, and we know how to ask that

of people. But that's just something that there's a certain responsibility to say all that.

Because, especially when the shows are of a certain standard, because the better the show is,

the more effective the method is, which is really insidious and really ugly. Because you can't
