It is official. It was made official tonight on Smackdown. There was a contract signing with Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar paid a visit to Smackdown the WWE Champion.

Sit down with the Universal Champion Roman Reigns to make it official for their match of WrestleMania 38.

And I noticed it earlier on WWE.com that they had adjusted the preview for the show.

And they stuck a very interesting word in the preview. It was no longer billed as a contract signing for a winner take all may have been a WrestleMania.

Oh no, it was a contract signing for a winner take all unification match.

The first time we've had them use the you were on television.

Obviously the decision must have come late because everything changed online in terms of the preview for the show.

But it is official. There it is on your screen right now. They are billing it as the biggest WrestleMania match of all time.

It's like during the pandemic we have the greatest wrestling match ever between Randy Orton and Edge.

The biggest WrestleMania match look at the brandy road with that brandy road super chat.

Got a time perfectly there. She looked like she swallowed a lemon or something. But anyway winner take all championship unification at WrestleMania 38.

And you know what? I know there's going to be a lot of divided opinion about this. I'm already seeing it online.

People not happy about this. Oh, it's going to cost people opportunities. What are they doing? They can't get rid of one of the titles they need them.

The way WWE books. No, they don't. And I'm all in favor of a unification.

I'm all in favor of unification. Understanding of course that it will probably only last a few months.

And eventually we'll have two titles again. I don't think anybody believes that they're going to have one title permanently and stick to it.

So yes, I'm sure that at some point maybe a year from now, six months from now, two years from now, we're going to be right back to having two titles again.

But I have been an advocate for this. You guys have heard me talking about this on the streams and on the podcast now for weeks and weeks and weeks.

The WrestleMania should be a unification match. It is a big stipulation. It does make the match seem bigger.
