You know, after a last week's show, I had enough sense to actually use my VPN for SmackDown tonight, which made it more tolerable during some of the matches.

So that way, I didn't have to deal with commercial Paloosa like we did on Smackdown last week.

Tonight, we got to talk about a few things.

We got to talk about the return of the WWE champion, Cody Rhodes.

We have not

seen Cody in many weeks since

McIntyre gave him a Claymore kick in the bottom

part of the announce table. Apparently that

killed him dead. We haven't seen Cody since.

So there he was tonight, Gile, in all his

presence, back on Smackdown. And the match

has been made for Russell Palooza next weekend.

It will be Cody Rhodes, defending the WWE championship against Drew McIntyre.

That was coming off the Randy Orton, Drew McIntyre made event that we had here on this show, which was solid enough.

I didn't think it was a great main event, but it was solid enough.
