Solomonster reviews WWE Smackdown for March 29th with the arrival of Jade Cargill and two new matches made for WrestleMania. It was a night without The Rock, Roman Reigns and Coady Rhodes, but it allowed the other stars and stories on the show to get more attention heading into next weekend.

0:00.0	Coming off Monday Night Raw, which was honestly one of the best raws that I have seen in years.
0:05.0	Tonight on Smackdown, we did not have The Rock.
0:08.0	We did not have Cody Rhodes. We did not have CM Punk in Chicago.
0:13.0	Although there was a big hint that was dropped by Paul Hayman,
0:18.0	as far as the future of this bloodline storyline is concerned,
0:22.0	the power struggle that is coming. But tonight what
0:26.2	they did do was they let the rest of the roster have their chance to shine and get their stuff in.
0:33.0	So we didn't have an overly long bloodline segment or anything like that.
0:37.0	For a change, the focus was not on Roman, Rock, Seth, and Cody,
0:42.0	which is really what has dominated this entire build to
0:44.8	WrestleMania. Obviously they have the main event of Night 1, feeding into the main event of Night 2,
0:50.3	everything else has felt largely secondary.
0:53.0	And so tonight, I think in a lot of ways is a show that we needed to see.
0:58.0	I think we needed to have some more of the focus on everything else for a change.
1:02.0	Also, clearly, they're saving the big guns for next week for the go-home shows.
1:08.2	We have Rock and Roman coming to the Barclay Center for Rob this Monday, and then of course next Friday is going to be the night before

1:18.0	But the show you know tonight obviously was not as
1:22.1	fun as Monday's show was.

1:26.7	But I thought it served its purpose.
