We were talking off camera about family.

We have our hands full with family,

with children, with spouses, with projects, so much going on in my life. We're not here to talk

about me. We're here to talk about you. Let's talk about everything because last time we talked

about you revealed to me, you know, your health scares and your situations. Let's talk about

that first. How are you doing?

Well, I'm excited to announce that it's my three-year anniversary of having panic attacks.

Now, I don't know who's really excited about that normally, but you've got to kind of shift your mind and be like, hey, why did I have to go through this?

What brought this on?

And seeing the other side of the darkness is kind of really exciting.
