With a unique, instant reaction edition of the Getting Over Wrestling podcast, we learned on

Wednesday that WWE has released six additional wrestlers, superstars, whatever you want to call

them, another round of releases for WWE as we try to determine what end these releases are coming

to, how many more there may or may not be, and what this means for WWE and these performers

in general as we move forward. So we will be breaking that down on today's podcast, which was normally

set to be, for one of the rare occasions in this podcast history, a solo show for NXT, given that

it aired on Tuesday night and AEW this week is not set to air until late Friday. So we are

going to do both in the same show. It's very strange

to cover those two topics in one show, but that is what we are here to do today. And joining me

for the unfortunate WWE releases part of the show is none other than vintage Chris Vanini.

Chris, I appreciate you taking the time out of what has been an incredibly busy day in the world of sports and sports entertainment to break down this unfortunate news that we have just heard.
