Raw tonight was more heavy on the story aspect than it was on the action.

And it was not a very exciting show, not a bad show, but a very middle of the road show tonight that was built around the story of Sammy Zane's choice. Seth Rollins gave Sammy Zane

the choice to stay on Monday Night Raw and basically be wrecked by him and his new crew, or to

leave and to go to Smackdown, where Paul

Heyman later in the show promised him that he had it all worked out where if he went to Smackdown,

he would be in contention right away for the WWE championship, that he would be able to wrestle

the winner of John Cena against Randy Orton coming out of backlash.

All he had to do was step aside.

And I'll give you one guess as to what Sammy Zane did.

He did not step aside because Sammy Zane, you see, has never walked away from a problem.

As he said later on in the show.

And when the show was over, Sammy Zane was

left laying and needing medical attention. So they have set up a story now going forward between

the two friends, or former friends, Seth Rollins and Sammy Zane, when we are actually going to

get the match in the ring. I have some thoughts on that, which we'll get into.

But that was really the story that this show was based around for tonight.
