As we begin our final month of two-hour raws, I hope you're getting ready because

Rawls going back to three hours in a month. But as we gear up here, the final four weeks

of two-hour Monday Night Raws, Triple H went and he gave us one of the best raws of the entire

year. That's what he gave us tonight on this post-survivor series edition of Raw.

A Survivor Series, honestly, that played it very safe and was very predictable and very

by the book in many ways.

Tonight's Raw, if it proved one thing, this time of year in WWE, they tend to phone it in sometimes.

We don't have a lot going on.

You know, you're in that weird little donut hole in between Survivor Series and the Royal Rumble.

Not a whole lot going on.

It's the holiday season.

One thing you cannot say, based on the stories they set up tonight on this show is that they are phoning it in.

That much is for sure.

They definitely did not phone in this episode of Raw.

Not with Saturday Night's main event coming up.

And then, of course, the big Netflix debut, which is coming up at about one month's time.

This was a show tonight that started strong and built to an angle that was just as strong,

if not stronger, at the top of the second hour. Hour number two of the show began with the

new day 10 year anniversary celebration. In ringwise, this show was average of best.

So when I call this one of the best raws of the entire year, we're not talking about any

kind of big match that took place on this show.

The in-ring action, like I said, average of best.
