This is your NXT takeover review take over in your house for June 7th

I'm sorry for the delay here. I didn't expect the event to go off the air that early

although that's not a bad thing. It's actually one of the things I kind of like about

NXT. I thought on the whole this was another very good takeover show but definitely missing something this was not on par with some of the great takeover shows and a big part of that frankly was the fact that it was missing one of the biggest ingredients of these takeover shows, which was the live audience.

I know they try hard, they have the NXT talents, the PC people are there. You know, they're making noise and they're doing

This is Awesome Chans, which sound kind of forced, but at least they were there to make

noise and be lively and be active. it's not the same right you can't

replicate 10,000 people 12,000 people in a building going nuts for these

NXT matches.

And even in terms of the matches,

which I thought all the whole were very good to

excellent in some cases.

It just fell a little short, I think, of the bar

that they've set for themselves in the past.

So I had a good

time watching this show. I thought it was very good, but just not at the level of

what we're used to getting when it comes to these NXT shows. One of the things I

loved about this show tonight, maybe the biggest thing I loved about this show tonight,

was the throwback nature of a lot of the things that we got especially right when the show started.
