1995 is probably the closest I've ever come to just giving up on WWE.

I think that was the year the first time where I really felt like that was nearly my

breaking point. We had you know a roster back then you I look back on it now, you know, I could appreciate a lot of the talent they

had on the roster and some of the great matches that took place that year in the company, but it was

probably around February of that year it's about a month

month and a half maybe before WrestleMania and I was I can remember watching and

how to be superstars I'm guessing it was probably superstars one of the syndicated shows on the weekend

and I just remember watching an Allied Powers match it was British Bulldog and Lex Lugar against

maybe the Blue Brother.

Actually, that was the WrestleMania match.

But I'm just watching the, and I'm just like,

I'm not into this.

Like, this is boring, you know, like I just just wasn't I wasn't as excited as I used to be and

I think everybody when you're younger like that you all have friends where you get to that

point they either just stop watching because they either lose interest or oh it's fake or whatever and they sort of drop off

and then you have the people who don't the people like me the schmucks like me who stick with it

stayed fans, didn't mind all that, kept watching. But that was almost my breaking point in 1995.

It was also the same year that gave us a lot of guys who had to work

apparently two jobs. Boy, we think the economy now is bad. Back then, these guys had to

take two jobs. They were moonlighting as wrestlers during the day they had all

different kinds of jobs. We have the wrestling garbage man, right? Duke the

dumpster drowsie. We have the wrestling dentist, Isaac Yankham DDS. We have the wrestling plumber, T.L. Hopper. We have the wrestling teacher, Dean Douglas
