Melius Research analyst Ben writes this is really excited about

Quoting his note, there is a perception out there that software enhancements don't really drive the hardware upgrade cycles, but this time the software enhancements are likely so evident that it should be quite obvious.

You need a better phone.

If AI is making Siri better, writes this rights, it is likely to need more processing power on device.

Additionally, if AI is enhancing images and even generating video based on user data,

the analyst says you'll need a faster processor and more storage.

Not only will all of that mean newer phones, in his estimation it will mean top and
