0:21.2	like probably trying to choke off the Madora regime of any revenue and stuff like that.

0:30.3	I know you have a good eye on it.
0:33.2	Yes, I usually just go with whatever I last talk about on ABC, which the big topic, of course, was Venezuela, starting with what looks like a new campaign to seize oil tankers.
0:52.5	So there's many tankers around the world that are sanctioned, right,
0:58.0	because they are involved in trying to skirt around the sanctions opposed on countries like
1:04.7	Iran, right? So legally there's that provides, at least in, for the U.S. legal system, some support for being able to seize or stop.
1:18.6	They obviously want to cut the Maduro regime off from funding.
1:24.6	We were talking about it for the podcast.
1:26.6	You've got two ways you stay in power as a basically as a dictator.
1:32.3	Group violence, which you uses, and paying people.
1:36.8	If you can't pay people, and oftentimes people are,
1:41.1	tyrants are surrounded by tyrants.
