Basically it's a summer break. Woodworking really slows down during the

summer, everybody's doing family stuff and some Woodworking really slows down during the summer.

to get back into that shop.

So we go right along with that on Wood Talk online

and take a little bit of a breather and come back, you know, strong, ready for some great

woodworking talk in the fall. So this actually is going to have a little bit of content to it. The problem was we

had some trouble organizing our schedules between the three of us so I wanted to at least put something together so you folks understand what's going on.

So I'm actually heading out of town tomorrow to go to AWFS in Vegas.

That's one of the big tool shows that happens every year.

The other one is IWF in Atlanta.

And it is a giant tool show.

Not that there are giant tools running around the show floor. There are some of those, but basically it's about large scale equipment and things like that. So, you know, even though some of the players were familiar with your Powermatics, Jet,

Grizzly, Bosch, those companies are certainly all represented there. The show is really intended for pros.

So it's, you know, these days, these these types of shows I don't know what the future is with these things because it keeps getting smaller every year you know we could blame it on the economy but I think the reality is this is just the way things are going with the internet

you know most companies are waiting to reveal their products at these big shows
