Today we're talking about something that was brought up by George Sheehan

and it deals with local gilts.

Woodworking clubs, I'm assuming,

would count as part of that.

And I don't even know what our experiences are between the three of us,

so we'll kind of go around and talk about that,

give you an idea what you might be able to expect.

So George wrote in and he asked, is it worth joining a guild?

I'm fairly new to woodworking, learning through a couple of books, online content,

thanks fellows, and developing skills based on the needs of the project,

is a guild worth the fee and time commitment?

Now, I do want to clarify, if that question said,

is the guild worth the fee and time commitment,

I would say 100% without a doubt. Yes.

Oh, Mark is selling again. I am. I'm good at that.

I'm getting you heard. So, okay, so we're talking about woodworking clubs, woodworking associations, or woodworking guilds.

These are things, the names you'll find them as, but generally they are sort of based on your locality and or statewide,
