You can't go in the backyard and step on the fake grass without burning your feet.

We had like record temperatures. I'm sitting, we're looking at 115. How do you walk the dogs? See, that's the thing is like really don't walk them. I take them out back and let him do their business. Little Rocky doesn't like going through the doggy door. So he has his own little spot in the house that he takes his dumps occasionally, which we'll survive. We'll live with because we got to.

But generally what I'll do is like when the sun goes down, like right now, it's 7 p.m. It's only 109. So when the sun's not up, then, you know, the concrete's not that bad. They can handle it. Do the dog poop, does it spontaneously combust and burst into flames? Like, is it? Oh, great. Honestly, I really think, like, Rocky's the only one who does it because Apollo goes in, out the doggy door, no problem. I just want to say, I think he's super respectful because there's a hallway that goes to this third bedroom that nobody ever goes in, right? That little area right there, you know, he's decided away from everybody else. Listen, that's my little toilet. That's where I'm going.

You know, even Amanda, hate smell. She's really anti-Pee, but like, when he shits over there, she doesn't even get mad. It's like, that's it. That's, I think he's being respectful by not chitting on the carpet, you know, in the living room or anywhere like that.

That's, you know, it's a sign of a respectful dog. All right. Let's jump right into it. The 2024 summer camp for poker players in Las Vegas has concluded the World Series of Poker for 2024. A lot of lead-up. We did shows going through the schedule. We were all pipe-pumped and ready to go. I went down, or Terrence went down. Daniel played every event that he could. Obviously, we'll talk a little bit about that. He just won a poker bracelet. He did win a poker bracelet, a seventh, the PPC, the one outside of the main event. I'm sure, Daniel, probably the one you wanted to win the most, right? The PPC, for sure.

Like, listen, if you're a mixed game guy, you know, that's the one to win, right? Like, it's nine different disciplines. It's all pros. And when you look at the structure, this isn't like a crapshoot. Like, unfortunately, the way that it's set up, all the high rollers are pretty much crapshoots, 40 minute levels.

The PPC, we have three hour and 20 minute levels against really, really good players. You know what I mean? Like, you look at the last two tables. You don't see random wrecks like in a PPC. It's very, very difficult. It's a smaller field. People go, oh, you only beat 88. They're good, look who, you know? So that's one. I'll tell you what. I won my seventh, right, after a very long hiatus. And I'm so thankful that it happened not in the 330 hyper-turbo super bounty online event, right? Where I rebought five times, but an actually a meaningful one that was certainly meaningful to me. It's my birthday tomorrow,

so my wife, she took five pictures from the day and she put them up right here in the office. I can't show you from here, but... Little Missy's been hard at work for Denex's 50th birthday tomorrow. Look what she did. Okay, so this is the office, as you guys know, or we shoot stuff. I put that together. She put that together, too. But look what she added for the birthday. Look at this. Boom. Yeah, we hit the river. Hell yeah. Oh, tears. Oh, bracelet. Oh, winter. Isn't that beautiful? Nice little touch. Hardest thing to hang ever for me. Yeah, she's sweating. She needs a break. schneide that's the one to do it in let's talk a bit on the overview here about the the health of the

world series of poker because i think a lot of the records uh the main event we we'll talk about, but overall, I think tournament poker is healthy, right? We look at the World Series poker. We look at the, some numbers are going to be up. Some numbers are going to be down in different events. They'll change year over year. But as a whole, the numbers are up, and that's sort of the important number. And we talk about the health of tournament poker in the world.

It's, you got to come out of the World Series of poker on many levels, bullish on the future,

given the turnout this year. Terrence, I mean, you know, you've been involved with tournament poker for a long time. I'm sure you noticed that as well. Yeah. So obviously the main event
