Okay, go there in your Bible. James chapter one. Let me show you what the scriptures are saying.

James chapter one, watch here. Verse number two says, my fellow believers, when it seems as though

you are facing nothing but difficulties, see it as an invaluable opportunity to experience the greatest joy that you can.

For you know that when your faith is tested.

So the Bible's talking to us today about the testing of our faith.

Because I want you to understand something.

Reaction is in the flesh.

Reaction is knee jerk. But responding, it takes faith to respond. Anybody can react, but it takes faith. It takes trust. It takes belief. It takes

confidence in God to respond right. he said when your faith is tested

we know it stirs you up in the power of endurance and then as your endurance grows even stronger

it will release perfection into every part of your being until there is nothing missing and nothing

lacking. So when you respond in faith, it releases something into every core and fiber of your being

so that you're complete, you are whole. Right now, remember, there's fragments, there's sections of you that are yet to be developed.

And God rarely develops you on the mountaintop of success. But he always uses the valley of despair.

So what does he do? He tests your faith to see, are you going to react to what you're in or will you respond to what you're in?

It takes faith to respond, to trust, and believe God, and to say God is good.

Reaction is like, listen, all throughout the scriptures, we see people that were in the right season, but they reacted poorly.

You watch this, just the reactions in the scriptures.

You see Peter, he's in the right season.

He reacts and he says, I don't know who Jesus is.

You see the reaction of Moses.

God says, speak to the rock, Moses, or speak to the rock, and he strikes the rock.
