I have reworked my daily schedule again this year. Last year I talked about how I was finding my best

productivity in getting my writing done first thing and holding off on email and social

media until last thing.

This year I have flipped that on its head.

I'm actually finding I work best and with the least amount of stress right now when I get

the email done first.

So after breakfast and work out in the mornings I try to get all my

catching up on email and other daily odds and ends done first thing. And that

leaves me a few hours mid afternoon to take care of other projects.

And then I get to come back inside and write for two hours from four to six last thing

in the afternoon. It's a schedule that is really working for me right now

although of course that doesn't mean I might not flip it entirely on its head again

next year.
