Atlet and I'm so excited for our guest today who is Kate Spencer who is the co-host of

the Forever 35 podcast and also has her debut novel coming out later this month. Yes, but

before we get into the interview, let's talk about ourselves.

What's your high this week?

I have a few. I have a few highs and a few lows. My first high is that in real time,

Bone Mary Berry launched this week. It's Thursday and it launched on Tuesday and I'm just

so excited. The feedback has all been really positive. People have really liked it and

saying that they're like laughing out loud and they're excited for the next episode and I

don't know. I really believe in it and I'm really proud of it, but it's so different

than what we've made before that there was a part of me that was nervous as well.

Oh yeah, I'm sure. And you're the number one fiction podcast. We sure were. That's

so exciting. I'm so proud of you guys. Thanks. Yeah, it's been really exciting and

Dear Media has been a great partner and have been like putting a lot of weight behind

it with like cross-promos and Harvey and Sarah have been on some of their podcasts and

things. So yeah, it's been really exciting. So it's great. That's my high, high. As a

little update, a mini high, I was able to defer my jury duty that I was complaining about

last week. I wasn't able to do it online, but once I got there, they had a list of excuses

and so basically because I have travel plans, I had to show them my plane ticket, I was

able to defer it and they gave me the option when I wanted to come back between May and

September. So I still have to serve, but I can do it in a more convenient time. So I
