I met Yolanda a couple years ago when she and her husband
Matt came over to take some photos of Davide. I, of course, knew who she was and was freeeeaking out. She and Matt are icons. She's a writer and editor who has worked for the likes of Elle, Martha Stewart, Cookie and Conde Nast Traveler. She currently runs the Yolo Journal, a magazine and e-newsletter containing the absolute best travel tips ever. So, of course, in this episode I ask her a million questions about how she ended up in New York, what it was like working for Martha, her time at Cookie, and the transition from magazine to internet as an editor. We are going to do a part two with tips on where and how to travel!
