Recently, I had a heartfelt conversation with a close friend who had been feeling really down on her luck.

She had just landed what she thought was her dream job and moved to a brand new city, excited for a fresh start.

But soon after arriving, she realized the job wasn't at all what she had expected.

She felt hopeless and told me, I really thought this was it.

The big break, the happy ending. But now it feels like

everything is falling apart. As I listened to her, I felt the heaviness of her words.

It's hard when life doesn't match the picture we've had in our mind. But gently I reminded

her, this is just one chapter. It's not your whole story. When we're caught up in a challenging moment,

it's easy to believe it's the end of the story,

that there's no way forward.

But every life is made up of chapters,

each with its own challenges, lessons, and growth.

The hardest moments aren't conclusions.

There's simply turning points that help us write the next chapter with new insights and strength.
