And we have a really exciting episode that we're very, very honored to get to share with you really walking through mental health. September is Mental Health Awareness Month. And so we thought it would be appropriate today for me to share a little bit of

my story dealing with anxiety, as well as Chelsea walking through a season of her life that was

really unsure and a pretty dark moment, pretty dark season for her, but how God redeemed her through

Hey, welcome in to my living room. Have you been here before?

Once or twice. I've been here, yeah.

Yeah, we've got our good old fashioned couch cushions or couch cover on for our dog.

So we decided tonight, well, today, it's not tonight, that we will keep it on just to

change the view up for YouTube. So hopefully y'all enjoy this beige, weird striped cover. I

change it out like every six months. The couch and the striped pajamas. Yeah, for real. Well,

I'm glad that we get to sit back down and chat

because it's been a couple days since we have, you know,

resumed our usual cadence of posting on the podcast

because we're trying to get into a better rhythm.

We had been posting on Fridays,

and we're trying to post

earlier in the week. So hopefully. I thought we were posting Wednesday. Well, we were trying to.

And then we just kept rushing because like it's been so hard for us to consistently find time to

record. And y'all, it's been difficult in our living room. Like if you guys can help us find a podcast studio, please. We live in Greenville, South Carolina. Yeah, we do. So. So. So. So. It would just be so much easier to have that, I guess, protected time and then have everything work out as far as technologically, because we've just had issues with our camera. We've had issues with audio, and we just... Well, Anna already have everything set up to you. That's the nice thing, but that's not on them. Exactly. Yeah, but we're just kind of venting to you all, so we're good. We're having a good week. We just, we've got our little one-year-old in the other room playing in Hudson's room with like all

the trucks and toys and everything so we'll see how long we can last hanging out in here but we

thought since it is the month of September a lot of you guys may not know this but it is actually
