Fee backfield, pressure, high the key, is decked.

Down he goes, the ball is loose, it's picked up by Dallas and Armstrong.

He's got a convoy, he's going to walk in for the touchdown.

That guy, Micah Parsons, is a bad man. All right, he wrecked the game almost single-handedly in the

first half. And there was a chance there at the end for the home team, which was really incredible that they had a chance.

But Dallas goes on to win the game 27 to 20.

Washington's still very much, very much in the wild card race,

but their division hopes basically shattered now with the loss yesterday to Dallas.

All right, my game take coming up, what I liked, what I didn't like, and a lot more in

terms of observations. We'll talk about a little bit about what went on in the league, and then

we'll finish up with some other things sports related from the weekend.

Pretty good weekend for a couple of the locals and not so good for a few of the others.

I want to start with this. First of all, one of the things I enjoyed leading up to the game yesterday

was kind of this attempt both locally and nationally to

resuscitate the rivalry. I'm a sucker for the Washington Dallas rivalry. It's just been so

much a part of, I think for a lot of us, our Washington football team rooting DNA. So it was nice for at least a brief leading moment

to see it back in the national spotlight, which it was. I mean, it was a big focus of all

of the pregame shows. I rarely sit there on Sunday mornings and watch a lot of these

pregame shows, which seemingly start at like 7 a.m. on NFL Network and then,

you know, 8, 9, 10 a.m. on different channels. But man, was Washington, Dallas, a big focus
