We have, I think it's 40 years, almost 40 years of Polad ownership, starting with

California, 84.

And I think the sale was announced in June and then it became

official in September of 84 so this will be the 40th season then of a Polad ownership coming up

yeah and we've now we've now passed the baton officially from Jim Polet, Jim Pollett is still the controlling owner,

but he sent a memo out internally saying that Joe Polad, his nephew, who's what in his

early 40s, I want to say? I think he just turned 40. Okay. That he's going to take over the day

to day ownership operations of like Dave St. Peter isn't going to report to

Jim anymore. He's going to report to Joe, for instance.

Mike, real quick, I thought, I thought, wait a second, Jim's handing over the day-to-day response.
