Did you guys see, and we'll start with Pat here, the quotes coming out of the Seattle

Mariners Clubhouse after they traded.

So they come back down seven to nothing a couple nights ago to the Astros.

They pull within one game of a wildcard spot.

They celebrate.

It's this huge peak moment.

They're 10 games over 500.

And then the next morning, Jerry DePoto, their GM trades Kendall Graveman, their closer to the Astros, by the way.

And a bunch of unnamed Mariners players just savage the front office, Pat.

So I don't know if you saw that.

What? I did not see they traded Grahamman. What is their explanation? He does not think they

can be in the playoff. So he's not going to try. What? What's the deal? Well, so they did.

They acquired a 24-year-old sort of multi-positional player who has been one of the top prospects but hasn't popped

yet in three years in the big leagues he hits a home run last night for the mariners then they

made a trade for i think the pirates like number two starter so everyone's kind of confused why would you

trade your lights out closer and then but then trade for a pitcher that can help you now.

And so the players are mad because the timing was weird and he didn't show his face in the clubhouse to explain things,

which I think is a big problem with some of today's front offices.

They're just sitting up on a computer in a suite with no human interaction.
