Field of Dreams game.

I saw on Twitter you started off very pessimistic and actually sort of by the

end seemed to think it was okay. Well, the game was a hell of a game. I thought it was really a really good

ball game. The players seemed to be fully involved. I know some people were saying juice baseballs,

but I don't think so. Those swings were all like that ball's going. In fact, I thought

the ball that Stanton hit the left was out by 25 feet when I saw that swing. And then the one

Eloy hit the center field that Gardner caught up against the fence. I thought that was out too.

So I think we, I think it was more a lot of hanging, breaking balls.

It was a juice baseball. It was a hell of a game. It was great. And I was, I loved Liam Hendricks,

pat in his chest and saying, that's my bad. Well, no kidding. I mean, he gave up two two-or-run homers, including throwing Giancarlo, who hasn't put a high fastball in play in a month hanging breaking ball that he could hit for a two-run-homer. But the game was great. The pre-game was, you know, nonsense. I mean, come on, Gossner, you don't have to wander around a field for eight minutes,

right?

Come on, just walk on in and then let the guy, the guy's coming in from the cornfield.

That was fine.

But so they're going to do it again next year, Jed.
