Today we're here to discuss the Giants wide receiver core.

It's an interesting group.

As we go into this, Nick, it's funny to me because they've invested a lot and pretty heavily in the position. And yet we're at a point where I feel like there's so much uncertainty surrounding each individual player within this wide receiver group and then just overall the unit, right? Like the giants aren't viewed right now as the best wide receiver group in the NFL or one of the top bar receiver groups, the NFL.

And they've done a lot of things to try to get to that point.

And so I think it's going to be interesting from that standpoint to break it down.

I think it's been interesting to break down how this wide receiver core fits within what Brian Dable and what Mike Kafka want to do from a philosophical standpoint and from a schematic

standpoint, right? Because you have a lot of guys who can win in the two-way routes in the slot.

You have a lot of guys who can win by creating early separation, route runner types.

And I heard a really interesting thing before we get into this, Nick, from Julian Edelman,

I'm trying to remember my, I'm always bad at remembering. It was the. Yeah, yes, Young Missile. Our boy, Young Missal sent us this. And it was Edelman kind of breaking down how, you know, the NFL's changing in a lot of ways. Teams are drafting bigger corners to match up with these big receivers on the outside. And it's somewhat easy to take those guys away.
