finally interviewing

the prolific

William Ramsey

I was just telling him that he's a man

after my own heart and that he

does a lot of reading

he interviews a lot of authors

and, you know, his wheelhouse of everything from true crime to the occult to the parapolitical.

It's definitely something that's a big part of resistance recovery.

And I guess what I'd like to start with, William, is how did you

come to do this? What was the spark of your interest in looking at things behind the scenes?

Yeah, I mean, I think it kind of goes pretty far back. I was always interested in good, you know, theories or people

talking, you know, about bars or whatever kind of good stories. So I think I was willing to listen to,

I had a susceptibility to listen to alternate views early. Then I went to D.C. I was in D.C. from

95 to 98. And I saw a completely different kind of world than what was being put out into the media.

So I was kind of within the bubble of, you know, the loop or whatever of D.C. And what were you doing in D.C.?

I was studying to be a lawyer for three years. Where were you? I was at a law school in D.C. No, I mean, what law school? I'd rather not say. Oh, okay. I just asked because I grew up there. I grew up on California. Oh, nice. Nice. Yeah, no, I was in, I had stayed in Northern Virginia. Most of the time, I was in Clarendon and Roslyn, but it was very easy to get to D.C. The Metro works really well there. So, you know, just growing up there, I can say that you very quickly realize that appearances are all smoking mirrors. Even as a kid, you can tell.

And there's old, you run into these old families and old sensibilities. I was from

California. I was born in Nebraska. But you, I realized at the East Coast and some of these
