Her podcast focuses on a particular public housing complex, the James Casey Homes. It's near

downtown Nashville in a desirable location. The complex built in the late 1930s is now in the

process of being demolished and rebuilt. The city of Nashville is redeveloping the area as mixed housing,

low income and market rate, and they promised the residents of the Casey Homes they would be able to

stay. So Maribah's reporting is focused on how that promise is playing out in people's lives.
