Lindsay, we'll talk about Jackson Arnold and how spectacular I thought he was over the course

of the first, his first bit of action on the Auburn Tigers against Baylor this weekend.

Connor Lou was one of a few unsung heroes for the game.

And look, let's start with this.

I've changed my expectations for the season.

I've changed them.

They have been raised.

When you look at this first weekend, full weekend of college football action,

what we saw from Auburn, and sure, it's a small sample size, but what we've

seen from Auburn, I think they're in a better spot than most of the SEC teams that

they will play this year, Lindsay.

I mean, it's hard to telegraph an opening weekend as far, or it's hard to plan an opening

weekend script that goes better than this. I've seen some people a little bit disappointed about Auburn's lack of production in the passing game. You've talked about that. Hugh Fries and Jackson Arnold talked about that. But you got the win, which is the biggest thing, right? Because everybody's been, well, you haven't won, you haven't won, you haven't won, you got the win. And you did it in impressive fashion with

what you actually did offensively. Because I think everybody's biggest question has been,

can this offense actually do what Hugh Freeze was hired to do, which is move the ball and put up a ton of points.
