0:53.2	courthouse. This happened April 15th, so Wednesday of this week as part of his latest
0:58.5	attempt to appeal his child sex crime conviction so he's serving a hundred and
1:03.7	fifty one month sentence dougar provided the court with eight arguments as to why he
1:08.7	should be granted a new trial or have his conviction
1:11.3	vacated to a court on Wednesday. Now, some of these are, here are some of these arguments. And then I'm
1:15.8	going to tell you who his lawyer is, which shocked, I don't know if I feel like this is not a good
1:20.4	choice. But Dugger provided the court with eight arguments. Those arguments included his
1:24.7	previous attorney's failure to question an individual who had access
1:28.3	to the computer where the illegal images were discovered. So Josh is setting y'all up here that it wasn't
1:34.7	his. It was someone else that had access to his computer. A Department of Justice expert who
1:40.2	Dugger accuses of lying under oath during the trial and another DOJ expert whom Dugger alleges
1:46.1	presented prejudicial information. Dugger also argues that the release of a police report filed
