Thank you for downloading. It looks like Kenny and Charles and

Shaq and Ernie may actually survive this thing. That's right according to reports on Monday

afternoon TNT and their parent company Warner Brothers Discovery, WBD, has matched per their contractual right the offers,

or one of the offers that the NBA accepted from a new broadcast partner.

I believe the partner that they matched was Amazon's offer.

Now, this is not a done deal as of yet.

The last that I read is that, well, that's what Warner Brothers is saying we've matched ha ha we're gonna keep our

package or we're gonna keep the package you carved up to give to Amazon.

And it sounds like a legal fight is brewing.

There is apparently precedent for leagues suing

soon to be former broadcast partners over the language of their

contract and whether or not they can take that take their television rights

somewhere else because well certainly TNT Time Warner

Discovery has done a nice job with the NBA they don't have the reach or they don't
