And I wanted to, I did a training the other day and it was kind of about I a little bit about the episode I did on social media,

rewiring the brain.

And as I was kind of wrapping up the presentation, we kind of came to the discussion about

AI and its place in mental health and just our

society.

So I wanted to kind of focus today on exactly that.

You know, AI and mental health and where it is where's going and it's interesting

uh to do a podcast on this because this is something that seems um like science fiction you know

like hal from um Odyssey, 2001, I think it was, you know,

Star Wars, Star Trek, but it is a part of life.

And I guess the question is, would you tell, um,

chat GPTs or some other platforms,

would you tell them something you would never tell your therapist?

You know,

would you tell an AI companion,
