News can be a little heavy so we like to do news ish. Here's Betty. If you didn't know it

today is National Seat Belt Day. It's a day to bring awareness to something that

could save your life simply by buckling in Wally. Are you listening? I'm listening.

I'm so bad at this. I know you are. It's terrible. I've ridden with Wally before and he has this

little alarm that will go off in his truck. It's like and you just let it go. The whole

time like why is this thing going off? Why is it going off every day till I get out of

my neighborhood? It should be the first thing you do. I know when you get in your car.

My wife and my daughter first thing they say to me is buckle up, buckle up and I'm just

bad at it. So like I got a lot of things going through my mind. I get driving like oh

yeah I need to put that on and then it's worse than putting it on while I'm driving. So

yeah I need to be better at that. Absolutely. Well if you've ever been in an old car

or talked to your grandparents or maybe even your parents about what it was like driving

around back when they were young. It's a miracle that anyone is alive. But you may hear

them not even mention seat belts. Seat belts weren't mandatory until not too long ago. New

York was the first date back in 1984 to make seat belts mandatory in all cars. So before
