Well, I'm reading from Bob Sosey's notes at 985 The Sportsub.com. Of course, Bob Sosie,

the voice of the New England Patriots, here on 985 of Sports Hub, along with Scott Zolak,

One interesting change-up occurred several plays into Mac Jones' first 11-on-11 series.

Following completions to Nelson Aguilar and James White, he handed off to Damian Harris.

As the play concluded, Jones gave way to Cam Newton, who ran a speed option right to Brandon Bolden, in for one play. Cam then exited and Mac returned. Again, they're all red zone reps today. And this

sounds like the two QB thing, which I find repulsive. But I know a lot of people who said, yeah,

this is what Bill's going to do. A play like this shows you that could be on the table. I felt this is on the table for a couple weeks. I don't know who first mentioned it. Curran. Yeah, right. Yeah, yeah. I think Curran first wrote something about this like two weeks ago. Gaspur has also speculated. And they all say, well, this is not, this is just a me of opinion. I don't know. Right, right. Right. Okay. So they both come up with that. I guess independently or not. I mean, current, again, was the first one to sort of float it. And I remember the day the current wrote it, Mazz asked me, do you think this is possible? And I said, yes, I do. I think Bill is just the kind of coach to do something like this. And, oh, I hate it too, but I felt it was on the table. And that's another way. And that's another sort of way to sort of middle this thing and bring Jones along at the pace that Bill wants and have it both ways. I think it's, I don't think it works. There's only one team I've seen do it halfway good and that's New Orleans. And even still, like it ends up getting in the way ultimately. Maybe it does, you know, I just, I don't like it, but I do think it's on the table. It's why if and when they go to Mac and I think Reese even wrote about this over the weekend. I'll find exactly what he wrote if you want, but I think Reese even wrote about it this weekend. Like, if they go to Mac, I don't even think Cam can be here. Like, I don't even think Cam can be on the roster because there's that temptation. And then if he's in there on short yardage and goal line plays now he's a part of the

offense every week and it leaves the window open to go back to cam and like i really don't think

cam can be here when you go to mac jones not if you have the instagram post about loyalty which
