0:08.9	We began last week on a new series, and our text is right here in 1st Timothy,
0:17.0	and the 6th chapter, 1st Timothy chapter 6, verse 10 says, for the love of money is the root of all evil,
0:32.7	which while some coveted after, what they coveted after?
0:38.4	Money.
0:40.4	They have erred from the faith and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

0:53.2	Is that a problem?

0:56.0	Does it show up in a lot of areas?
0:59.0	Oh man.
1:01.0	Certainly outside believers in the church, but in the church as well.
1:06.0	It's a huge, huge problem.
1:09.0	So many situations.
1:14.7	So many things with people, why they did what they did,
1:17.1	why they didn't do what they didn't do,
1:20.8	why they said it, why they acted that way,
1:22.3	why they responded that way.
1:25.9	You know, you'd like to think it's more complicated than what it is, but the reality is, it's all about the money.
1:33.3	We'd like for it to be more complicated than that, but again and again, that's just what it comes down to.
1:39.8	It's about the money.
1:42.7	And there is this covetousness and this love for money.
