But this is the 34th birthday of the score.

WSCR launched, and we are so lucky to be, I guess the reason why you recognize the birthday is to recognize the listeners, including you yourself driving around as a 10-year-old,

11-year-old listening to this radio station?

I'd say I probably became a P-1 listening to the score, probably around the age of maybe like

17, 18, something like that. It was in the periphery a little bit. My parents weren't necessarily

listening to a bunch of sports talk, but once I got my license, I'm rolling around, a lot of

sports talk. And then especially when spent a lot of time driving between

Iowa City and back here, you know, a few hours on the road there. And the score that as the

signal strengthened, then it was available pretty quickly as I started driving back in this

direction and was available for a long time, headed that way, or even like throughout NFL

stops. I could get it most of the way to Green Bay.

Could get it most of the way to Detroit, driving between those cities and here.

So it was just a lot of just driving around listening.

There was even one time where I called in while I was still, you know, I was on, on injured

reserve with the Detroit lines.

I was driving around listening to folks talk about the Bears.
