Obviously, we didn't hit some of the targets that we talked about.

You know, defensively, keeping the quarterback in the pocket continues to be an issue.

Offensively, look, the turnovers, we don't have a team that can lose the turnover battle

and expect to win a football game.

We've got to do a better job with the turnovers.

We have to do a better job with the negative plays.

And, you know, just overall, we just have to be good.

This is the aftermath, and that was Gerard Mayo,

facing the facts, looking in the mirror and saying exactly what he sees

and hopefully telling his team the same thing.

We're going to look at that approach for the Patriots,

which I think is a long time overdue,

understanding what you really are as a team,

not just there's going to be a wave of the wand or a spray or a spritz and it's going to

take the stink away.

Understanding that you're this bad a team with this much of a roster issue and still trying

to get through the year with urgency and improvement, not just saying, if we do this

of that, we'll be able to get through.
