Okay. ABC News. This is Start Here. I'm Brad Milkey. I don't know about you, but one of the things that has struck me about Donald Trump's second term in office versus his first is there appears to be a lot less backstabbing within his White House.

Like, if anything, his policies and initiatives

have been more controversial, more divisive than his first time around. We've been told

about government employees expressing grave concerns, but among his innermost circle, his top

advisors are not undercutting each other. That's a big change from four years ago. Perhaps that's

a function of President Trump himself.

People change over times. They lead in different ways. But many in Washington point to his chief

of staff, Susie Wiles. And if you don't know that name, that tells you a lot right there.
