Here's what the Scripture says.

Second Corinthians chapter 6, verse 18.

And it says, and I will be a father to you.

And you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.

I love this foundational verse that we have been looking at because we started this collection just three weeks ago.

And we really started week one with this idea that we all have a hunger for approval.

And every one of us, we need to be needed and we need to be known.

Many of us, at times, we have a difficult time relating to God as a father because we had a bad earthly father.

How many of you all know if you had a bad earthly father, sometimes it makes it difficult to see God as a good heavenly father.

And part of this entire collection is that you would hear the voice of God saying,

I am proud of you, I see you, and I love you.
